Countryside Living is a licensed assisted living and memory care community at 22773 E Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. We are on Ocotillo Road itself, less than a mile east of Queen Creek High School, on a working farm setting with horses, walking paths, and courtyards that residents use every day.

We were the first community of our kind in the town of Queen Creek. Families come to us from Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and east Mesa. If you are trying to find a place close enough that you can stop in on your way home from work, this page tells you exactly where we are, when you can visit, and how to get here.

How to Find Us

We sit on the north side of East Ocotillo Road, east of Ellsworth Road. Ocotillo runs east and west through the middle of Queen Creek, so most families find us on a straight approach rather than through neighborhood streets.

Coming from Ellsworth Road: turn east onto Ocotillo Road. Pass Queen Creek High School on your way. We are about three quarters of a mile further east, on your left.

Coming from Gilbert or Chandler: take Ocotillo Road east. You will cross Ellsworth Road and continue past Queen Creek High School. We are on the left after the school.

Coming from San Tan Valley or Gold Canyon: head north toward Ocotillo Road, then west. We are on the right side of Ocotillo before you reach the high school.

If you have visited Schnepf Farms or the Queen Creek Olive Mill, we are a couple of miles north of both.

Parking is on site, and the entrance is at the front of the building.

The Neighborhoods Our Families Come From

Queen Creek has grown quickly, and the families who tour Countryside Living usually already live nearby. Residents and their adult children come from the neighborhoods around Ocotillo and Rittenhouse, the developments off Ellsworth and Hawes, the San Tan Valley communities south of us along Gantzel and Ironwood, and the newer areas out toward Meridian Road.

We also serve families from Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and east Mesa who want their parent closer to Queen Creek than to central Phoenix.
