Providing top-notch care and excellent living experiences is our main focus at any American Care Concepts Community – going above and beyond by having nurses onsite helps us accomplish this goal. Our nurses oversee all medication management for each resident, communicate directly with doctors and other healthcare professionals, work with family members, and provide direct oversight to our caregivers. They will also complete all AZDHS required nursing assessments and service plans based on each resident’s individual care needs. We believe that this extra measure of care and attention by our trained nurses often leads to better care and safer living experience for our residents.
