To us, home is more than a building or structure, more than an address or a place where you reside; it’s a feeling of safety, comfort, warmth, and inspiration. Somewhere where memories are made and recalled, where time is spent with family and friends, and meals are prepared and enjoyed. We’ve found that most of our residents still long for that feeling and setting even when their care needs require additional supervision and support. Our hope and purpose at Countryside Living is to truly be an extension of home. From the design of the community and its’ surroundings to the team members that become like family, we strive to emphasize each detail in what creates an amazing and enriching environment.

Safety Features that Offer Peace of Mind
In addition to the wonderful environment, setting and features at the community, we also place a great deal of emphasis on safety. As with all American Care Concepts communities, Countryside Living is designed with our residents’ safety as a top priority.
There are no hazardous resident stairwells, elevators or long hallways. Our person-centered home layout provides easy access to dining and common areas that are all in close proximity to resident suites. Nurse stations are strategically located in each home section close to both common areas and resident suites, helping our nurses and care team provide timely care to each resident.
The American Care Concepts Promise
People matter most in life and our purpose is to make life’s journey wonderful. We are engaged in providing an inspirational place for our residents, while creating a spectacular living experience that is safe, healthy, and happy – one that truly fosters purpose and dignity.
